My Version of Crayon Art
After being inspired by a picture that I saw on pinterest, I decided to try my own crayon art. It was super fun, and I was happy with the "grown up" tie dye result! I especially like how the wax ran off of the canvas. Cool!

Supplies:
Crayons
Blank canvas
Utility knife
Hot glue gun
Hair dryer with diffuser attachment
Cover for the work space (newspaper or something similar)

Instructions:

1. Remove the wrappers from the crayons. (Use the utility knife to cut a slit in the wrapper. Then peel the wrapper off of the crayon.

2. Hot glue the crayons in the desired design onto the canvas. I went for a tie die design.

3. Use the blow dryer to melt the crayons. Be sure to use a surface covering.

4. Allow the wax to dry, and you are done!

Mod Podge Letters

Supplies:
Any kind of store bought letter. I used plastic letters that I found at a flea market.
Mod Podge
Paint brush
Scissors
Scrap book paper

Instructions:
1. Tear pieces of paper into pieces of all sizes.
2. Use the mod podge to attach the paper to the letter. Paint the mod podge on the back and front of the paper. Be creative, and make sure that there is no surface of the letter showing.
3. Let it dry and admire!
